I.B.A.
I have often found myself marvelling at the design of contemporary and classic cocktails for the same reason one might be ogling a flower bouquet; Their allure is fleeting as they are meant to be enjoyed immediately, and their elements are carefully chosen to facilitate a composition that may highlight one element or balance out others. Crucially, however, they bring together varying textures, colours, and elements of design to create a unique sensory experience. This project pictures ten classic and contemporary cocktails designated by the IBA.
